Please read carefully the information regarding Expiry days (this is set to 150) and Cancellation. Cancellations will use the Pass if the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice.
The cancellation policy is in place as a courtesy to myself and other clients. Giving notice will enable me to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time and also allows me to free up time for other clients waiting to book their appointment. Please note that all costs due to the clinic are still payable regardless of whether there are clients scheduled or not.
Failure to give at least 48 hours notice for Consultations or Treatments will result in a forfeit of any booking fee paid.
Treatments cancelled, with less than 48 hours notice, that are part of a course of treatments will automatically be deducted from the course total.
Late arrival could result in your treatment being cancelled or re-booked and will also result in forfeit of your booking fee.
